 RNIB, the Royal National Institute for Blind People, is the UK's leading charity offering information, support and advice to over two million people with sight loss.

Its pioneering work helps anyone with a sight problem - not just with Braille and Talking Books, but with imaginative and practical solutions to everyday challenges.  

RNIB publishes a range of magazines for blind and partially sighted people of all ages, parents, carers and for the professionals who work with them - in areas such as healthcare, social services, rehabilitation and accessible design.  

 

 

 The Magazine  - Insight

 Insight is the premier magazine providing inspirational and practical information on the education of children and young people with sight problems, including those with complex needs. 

 

 

 

Content 

 Features, reviews, news pages, regular columns discussing education,health, wellbeing, care and leisure. Each edition has a focus topic such as social skills, technology, communication, or mobility and independence.  

Termly curriculum supplements give practical tips on making subjects such as science, maths and music, as well as tests and exams, accessible for pupils with sight problems.
